ar786 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entirety of this document, the Privacy Policy, and any supplementary rules published on the ar786 platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the ar786 Platform in any manner, you — the User — acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all supplementary rules, the Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using ar786 Services and, if you have a registered account, contact ar786 support to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ar786. ar786 recommends that all Users retain a printed or saved copy of these Terms for their personal records. If you are uncertain about any provision, please contact ar786 support at [email protected] before proceeding.

Registration on ar786 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Users who do not meet these requirements are prohibited from creating or maintaining an account on the Platform.

ar786 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual without providing a reason. Account credentials — including username and password — are the sole responsibility of the User and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. ar786 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from User negligence in safeguarding credentials.

ar786 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at ar786's discretion.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on ar786 is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. No minimum deposit applies to USDT transactions. Minimum amounts are subject to change.

Own Funds Requirement: All deposits to ar786 must originate from funds that the User legally owns and that are free of any criminal, fraudulent, or illicit origin. ar786 reserves the right to request proof of fund source at any time and to freeze accounts pending such verification.

Deposit Limits: ar786 may impose deposit limits on individual accounts as part of responsible gaming controls or at the User's own request. Deposits that exceed applicable limits will be returned to the original payment method.

Currency: The ar786 platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via USDT are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. ar786 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

Users may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. ar786 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of a withdrawal request.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal is PKR 1,000 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 2,000 for bank transfers.
• Wagering Completion: If a User holds an active Bonus Fund balance, applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the associated real-money funds can be withdrawn, unless ar786 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: ar786 requires withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where this is not technically possible. ar786 may request additional verification before processing withdrawals to new payment methods.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) business hour for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply to individual accounts. VIP-tier accounts may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits.

ar786 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of potential fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation. Users under investigation will be notified and provided an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

ar786 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus value must be wagered thirty times before the associated real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal). Specific multipliers are disclosed at the time each bonus is offered.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Players as specified in each promotion's terms. ar786 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Expired bonuses are removed without compensation.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Any Player found to be exploiting, abusing, or manipulating bonus systems — including through collusion, arbitrage, or coordinated betting strategies — will have their bonuses forfeited and account suspended.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: ar786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without advance notice. Existing active bonuses at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under their original terms.

All bets and wagers placed on ar786 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game or market and form part of these Terms by reference:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed on the ar786 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where explicitly provided by the specific game rules (e.g., the cash-out feature on Crash games).
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: All betting markets and casino games operate within minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the relevant game or market. ar786 may modify these limits at any time.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, network failure, or game malfunction, ar786 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' balances. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Suspicious Betting Patterns: ar786 monitors all betting activity. Accounts displaying suspicious, coordinated, or professionally matched betting patterns may have their bets voided and accounts suspended pending review.
• Odds Errors: ar786 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors on betting markets. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be settled at the corrected price or voided at ar786's discretion.
• Cricket and Live Markets: In-play (live) bets on cricket and other sports are accepted in real time. Responsibility for bet placement in dynamic in-play markets rests with the Player. ar786 is not responsible for delays in bet acceptance resulting from connectivity issues on the User's end.
• PSL and International Cricket: Specific match and tournament rules apply to Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets and ICC international fixtures. Rule variations for specific tournament formats are published within the relevant betting market.

ar786 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available in Account Settings at all times following ar786 login:

ar786 is a 21+ platform. Any account found to be held by a User under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. ar786 does not accept any responsibility for financial losses incurred by underage users who have misrepresented their age during registration.

Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only. It is not a valid strategy for generating income or solving financial difficulties. ar786 strongly encourages all Players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits proactively, and seek help if gambling is causing distress. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar786 Platform. Violation of any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account individually or through any associated party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or unauthorised third-party payment instruments.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or any form of financial fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games in a non-manual manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undisclosed game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play between multiple accounts in poker or table games.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic matched betting, bonus hunting strategies designed to extract value without genuine recreational gaming intent.
• Accessing ar786 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through VPN, proxy, or any other method of geographical obfuscation.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to ar786 systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or demeans ar786 staff or other Users.

All content on the ar786 Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphical user interfaces, logos, trademarks, brand names, text, images, video streams, and the ar786 brand itself — is the exclusive property of ar786 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ar786 Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any ar786 content without prior written consent from ar786.

The ar786 name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of ar786. Unauthorised use of ar786 branding is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar786 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the ar786 Platform.
• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on ar786, including losses resulting from game outcomes, bet settlement decisions, or market price movements.
• Interruptions to the Service arising from technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the User's own breach of these Terms, account sharing, or failure to safeguard login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in betting odds that are subsequently corrected in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.

ar786's total liability to any User for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ar786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, account verification failure, abusive behaviour towards staff, or any other reason ar786 deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Upon account termination for cause, ar786 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any real-money Balance. Forfeiture decisions are documented and Users will be informed of the specific reason where legally permissible.

Users who wish to close their own accounts may do so at any time by contacting support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the User's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active investigation is in progress.

ar786 collects, stores, and processes User personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, Users also consent to the data practices described in the ar786 Privacy Policy.

ar786 may share User data with licensed third-party service providers, payment processors, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform. ar786 will not sell User personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

ar786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ar786 will notify Users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The effective date of any revision will be clearly indicated at the top of the updated document.

Continued use of the ar786 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those changes. If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using ar786 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ar786.net/terms-conditions. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically, particularly before making large deposits or withdrawals, as significant changes to financial terms will be disclosed on this page in advance of their effective date wherever possible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming and commercial law as applicable to the jurisdiction under which ar786 operates its international gaming licence. ar786 does not warrant that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction in which a User may be located, and it is the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of ar786 is lawful in their territory.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute arising from the use of ar786 Services, Users are required to first contact ar786 customer support at [email protected] to seek resolution through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. ar786 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Both parties agree to accept the arbitration outcome as final and binding. Class actions against ar786 are expressly waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits a User's right to make a complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence ar786 operates.
